Jess Hale has been working in the music business for the past 10 years. Over that time, she has booked tours, tour managed, has been a talent buyer and is currently the Events Manager at Sugarlands Distilling Company. She was also the Festival Director for the inaugural Sugarlands MountainFest and a festival consultant for Second Bell Music Festival, Sundays at the Sunsphere, New Ground Festival and Southern Skies Festival. She is also currently the lead talent buyer for the ORNL Summer Series. Her undying passion for music and supporting touring bands has made her an asset to musicians and is the base for the Tomahawk Group.

Daniel Fluitt is a born and raised West Texan who was the lead singer / songwriter for the critically acclaimed Thrift Store Cowboys. After a decade of touring the country, he is currently the Sponsorship Director for Sugarlands Distilling Company. He has also consulted and ran concessionairing for Sundays at the Sunsphere and Second Bell Festival. His passion for music and his connections in the industry make him a integral part of the Tomahawk Group.
